2. Refund Process

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Service Utilization: If services have already been rendered or substantially completed within the 30-day cancellation period, a partial refund may be provided, reflecting the portion of services not yet delivered.

  • Customized Services: Services tailored specifically to the client's requirements may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been fully performed, it is non-refundable.

  • Immediate Consultations: Services that commence immediately upon purchase, such as on-the-spot consultations, are non-refundable after the service has been provided.
